You will recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff, manage shifts, control costs and drive sales while maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with working hours and weekends required.
• Proficient in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure all shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment per laws and guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant promotions, new product roll-outs, and training.
• Set sales goals and track results.
