Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Dunkin' Team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the restaurant according to Dunkin' standards and franchisee guidelines, driving profitability and top-line sales while maintaining compliance with all laws.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, set performance expectations, and coach employees to achieve guest satisfaction and brand quality.

Qualifications

Fluent in English; strong math and financial management skills.
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Hire, train and develop employees.
Communicate job expectations to employees.
Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation by following laws and guidelines.
Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
Prepare and implement action plans; drive production, productivity, quality and guest service.
Complete audits and implement plans to improve the system.
