Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Dunkin' Donuts operation in the United States. You will develop the team, deliver excellent guest experiences, and ensure the restaurant operates to Dunkin' and franchisee standards while complying with laws.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive sales, maintain safety and sanitation, and execute promotions and product rollouts to meet guest expectations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be 18+ years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to their employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with qualified Team Members to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Execute promotions and new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Set sales goals and track results.
