Cracker Barrel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead both kitchen and dining room operations. You’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver the warm, country-hospitality guest experience we’re known for.

With 2–5+ years of restaurant management and a willingness to work 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends, you’ll drive excellence under pressure and lead by example in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Has 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Can work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Has a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both front- and back-of-house operations to ensure guest and team satisfaction.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Manage inventory and costs to maintain profitability and quality.
