Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both kitchen and dining room operations, coach a team, and uphold our guest-focused hospitality. You’ll drive the daily workflow, manage inventory and ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience.

Candidates should have 2-5+ years of restaurant management, be able to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends, possess a valid driver’s license, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment.
