Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations and to uphold our hospitality standards. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and ensure a memorable guest experience through effective leadership and teamwork.

You’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, balancing people-first leadership with operational excellence, and you’ll help drive guest satisfaction while maintaining Cracker Barrel’s commitment to always serving up

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold Cracker Barrel’s service standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support profits.
