Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and team leadership. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold the guest experience that Cracker Barrel is known for.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in restaurant management, including 1 year with Cracker Barrel, and can handle a 50-hour work week, including holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• including 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
• Ability to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations and set the example for hospitality
• Coach and develop team members to deliver Cracker Barrel's guest experience
• Manage inventory and ensure smooth kitchen and dining room flow
