Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations, coach and develop a team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage inventory and uphold our hospitality standards with a people-first leadership approach.

Expect a demanding but rewarding role requiring 2-5+ years of management experience, the ability to work 50 hours weekly (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.
