Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s location in Pittsboro, NC. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold food quality and safety, and drive profitability through strong leadership and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead and train staff to meet standards.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under guidance of Senior/General Manager.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct meetings and communicate operation procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Manage cash procedures and financial controls.
• Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed.
