Qualifications

• Comes to work with good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash, expenses) to company guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by focusing on speed of service and food quality (5 Bells, CORE).
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days/parts to meet scheduling requirements.
• Performs hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisals for crew and managers.
• Coaches staff and ensures proper training and certification levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment and coordinates maintenance when needed.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings; manages turnover.
• Assists with food preparation and cash handling as needed.
