Responsibilities

• Controls food, labor, cash and controllable expenses to meet guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth by improving service speed, food quality and guest experience.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and shifts, per scheduling requirements.
• Performs hiring, coaching and performance appraisals for crew, shift leaders and managers.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Maintains safe working environment and reports needed repairs to maintenance.
