Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Strong preference for internal promotion who completed required trainings.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses) per company guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and times.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet performance and certification standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization following sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment and reports needed repairs.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and communicates with area coach.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves complaints to encourage repeat visits.
