Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit. You will oversee operations, staff, and guest service, ensuring cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency at the Plover location.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff training, scheduling, and financial controls to achieve budgeted goals. Must meet shift requirements and maintain high standards of hospitality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Internal promotion preferred after completion of training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to manage finances and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash and expenses) per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales by improving bells, CORE, service speed and quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and parts of the day.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shifts, and managers.
• Hire and onboard new crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to reach certification and performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensure a safe restaurant environment and address safety issues.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with maintenance department and area coach.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach on operating results.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training; foster positive work climate.
• Assist in food preparation and cash handling as needed.
