Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent decision making and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a Taco Bell unit and lead staff.
• Control costs across food, labor, and expenses per guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by improving service speed and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels and conduct performance appraisals.
• Hire crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Train and develop team to required certifications.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with laws.
• Manage guest service and handle complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily call procedures.
• Ensure safe, well-maintained environment; report repairs.
