Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager to run daily restaurant operations, drive guest service, and manage people, cash, and inventory with a focus on safety and quality. You will report to the Restaurant District Manager and lead a team to achieve brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Health and safety priorities are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard restaurant software.
• Valid state driver’s license required for travel and inspections.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure profitable performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with brand, company, and health standards.
• Direct staff scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and audits.
• Train managers to operate in the absence of the RM and monitor safety.
