In this role you will coach staff, monitor food preparation, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness and guest service excellence. You will handle shift duties, end-of-day reporting, and communicate discrepancies to supervisors while promoting Circle K values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a restaurant shift and coordinate team members.
• Direct shift duties and ensure completion.
• Ensure food items are prepared and served per Brand, Company and health regulations.
• Coach team on food prep and production management.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory records for the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
