Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure high food quality and safety standards. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and adherence to Brand and health regulations to deliver a profitable restaurant.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff.
• Coach and onboard team members; delegate shift duties.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cash, sales, and inventory accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager as needed.
