Responsibilities include hiring and training, scheduling, coaching, budget management with regional support, inventory control, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement. You will engage with guests to ensure a remarkable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills essential for staff and customer relations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications: Title 4 Manager, Food Handlers, Alcohol Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top service quality and profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage schedules and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and P&Ls; implement cost-control strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across all areas.
• Interact with guests to resolve concerns and promote positive dining experiences.
