Square One Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across its restaurant concepts. You will lead a team, uphold high service standards, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, work with the Regional Manager on budgets, and strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience through hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant experience with management preferred.
• Completion of corporate training program.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Service Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff while maintaining budget adherence.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and profitability; manage P&Ls with regional support.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Foster guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and improve operations.
