Job summary

Square One Concepts is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its restaurant concepts, including The Original Arcadia Tavern. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage staff, and drive profitability.

You will set performance goals, conduct meetings, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to maintain high standards in service, safety, and quality of food and beverage offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and develop staff; manage scheduling and training.
• Monitor budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and improve service.
