Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage and menu details
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with budget awareness
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house management
- Recruit, hire and onboard top talent and train staff for service excellence
- Deliver superior guest service and manage guest concerns with professionalism
- Monitor revenue, costs and inventory, and develop strategies to improve profitability
- Create and present weekly/monthly reports on performance and KPIs
