Job summary

Square One Concepts is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and maximize profitability across our restaurant concepts. You will lead a team, set performance goals, and ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to health and safety standards.

You will monitor inventory, manage budgets with the Regional Manager, and drive sales through strategic menu tastings and staff development. A strong emphasis on leadership and guest satisfaction guides daily decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.

• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Interact with guests, taking feedback into consideration to improve service and menu offerings.
