Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain service excellence and elevate guest dining experience.
• Monitor quality, vendor relations, sanitation and safety standards.
• Organize staff shifts and ensure optimum floor coverage.
• Enforce policies and hospitality standards across the team.
• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performance staff.

• Support brand development and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability; control costs.
