The One Group in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and manage finances while sustaining a high-energy dining atmosphere.

Lead recruitment, mentor staff, and develop strategies to boost guest experience and brand growth. This role offers growth within a global hospitality brand and requires a hands-on, energetic leader.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in managing restaurant teams.
• Strong guest service focus with guest experience at heart.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu education.
• Experience with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L oversight.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front- and back-of-house.
