Seaport Entertainment Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar & Hidden Boot Saloon. This role oversees the day-to-day management of the venue, championing service standards, culture, and quality so the team delivers an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and manage hourly staff, partner with the kitchen for timely, well-presented service, and monitor compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to uphold guest service standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all front-of-house operations with a regular floor presence.
• Uphold service and performance standards; provide recognition and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, schedule, and train hourly staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely, well-presented food and smooth service sequence.
• Monitor liquor regulations, DOH, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, and quality control.
