Qualifications

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and staff.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and evaluating performance.
• Experience interviewing and hiring hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to plan training and develop teams.
• Maintain food safety and cost control standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring hourly staff.
• Direct work: set hours, weekly schedules, and assign tasks.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes.
• Enforce safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and a clean work environment.
