Job summary

King's Fish House in Southern California seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, manage purchasing, and ensure service standards across all shifts.

The role requires at least two years of managerial experience, a valid 21+ age, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. A college degree in business or hospitality is preferred, with training in financial acumen and leadership provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reach up to 6 feet.
• College degree in business or hotel and restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Manages front of house and collaborates with kitchen to ensure service standards.
• Leads staffing, scheduling, and interviews; maintains financial controls.
• Coaches crewmembers and drives sales through incentive programs.
• Maintains product quality and adherence to recipes.
