Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in business or hotel & restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations including front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen and dining areas.
• Manages financial operations: cash handling, tips, vendor invoices and operating accounts.
• Hires and trains crew, writes schedules, and participates in interviews.
