You will lead with energy, maintain safety standards, and drive excellent guest service in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management in a high-volume restaurant, hold Food Handlers and Alcohol Certifications, and excel at teamwork and urgency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food handlers certification and alcohol certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and show urgency.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (bar, lobby, to-go) and ensure smooth service.
