With 2–3 years in a high-volume scratch-kitchen setting, you’ll drive safety, sanitation, and team performance, while providing leadership development and an engaging guest experience across all service areas.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven and team-oriented.
