You will supervise staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, coordinate with BOH, manage reservations and POS systems, and uphold safety and quality standards. This full-time role requires 1–2 years in a high-volume restaurant and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest experiences and service execution.
• Supervise and train FOH staff; provide direction and feedback.
• Manage floor operations, guest flow, table assignments.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations.
• Engage with guests to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all areas.
• Coordinate with BOH leadership for smooth service.
• Monitor POS and reservations; handle opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with FOH scheduling and labor cost goals.
• Support recruitment and development of FOH staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
• Understand menu items and dietary restrictions for guest safety.
