The ideal candidate will develop goals and KPIs, manage budgets, coordinate marketing and community events, and report performance to upper management. Cooking/prep training is required, with a focus on safety and team excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant.
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service.
