Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven work experience as a server in past roles.
• Track record of upward career progression.
• Must hold Food Manager certification.
• Customer service oriented and dependable.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Handle financial (invoices, reporting) and payroll administrative duties accurately.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies and laws.
• Maintain high quality of food preparation and service.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Estimate food and beverage costs and manage provisioning with suppliers.
• Supervise portion control to minimize waste and schedule deliveries.
• Respond to guest complaints and turn dissatisfaction into return visits.
• Direct hiring, supervision, development and training of employees.
