ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to support the general manager and ensure smooth daily operations. You will supervise service, food safety, and cost controls while motivating a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year in food service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Training may be provided for certification where needed, with potential growth opportunities.

Formación

• A minimum of 1+ year in food service is required; Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to obtain certification).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managers will provide primary support to the general manager.
• Ensure all aspects of the operation run smoothly during shifts.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with labor laws.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
