Job summary

Carmine's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Washington, DC location. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee front-of-house teams, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of high-volume restaurant management, fluency in English, and strong computer skills with Aloha/OpenTable/Excel. Weekend flexibility is required to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Restaurant Management experience in high-volume casual or fine dining (10–35M).
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Aloha, OpenTable, Excel and timekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.
• Supervise all front-of-house operations across shifts; manage inventory and quality assurance.
• Support HR objectives like recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and policy enforcement.
• Foster efficiency by delegating tasks and maintaining urgency while focusing on guest needs.
