Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Oversee daily operations, leading service alongside front of house teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, oversee closing duties, review labor sheets and nightly numbers.
• Organize opening/closing shifts for smooth guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while sustaining our Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales, and growing the business.
