Portillo's in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will model operational standards, coach and develop staff, and prioritize safety and sanitation while driving business results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting preferred.
• Knowledge of operations, recruiting, scheduling, food planning and sanitation.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass required sanitation and responsible alcohol training courses.
• Great communication skills; fluent English for team/member communication.

• Responsible for executing shift planning, scheduling, training, daily routines, opening and closing, cash handling.
• Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and labor.
