Qualificações

• 1-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, sanitation, and food safety.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass sanitation and responsible alcohol courses.

• Plan shift scheduling, training, opening/closing, and cash handling.
