iServ is seeking an experienced, full-serve Restaurant Manager for our Sonny’s BBQ operations in Florida. This role leads front- and back-of-house teams, drives guest satisfaction, and ensures adherence to brand standards and financial targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to cover manager shifts on busy days/special events.
• Pass background check and maintain compliance.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor hourly team members.
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Directors and upper store management on store performance.
• Collaborates with FOH & BOH teams to ensure smooth shifts and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels within budget and guidelines.
• Uphold iServ Group’s Mission and Values among all staff and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by forecasting and analyzing trends.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members and ensure engagement.
