iServ, LLC is seeking an Experienced, Full-Serve Restaurant Manager to join our Gainesville Sonny’s BBQ team. The role demands leadership in a fast-paced setting, coaching staff, and driving guest satisfaction while managing restaurant operations and finances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to train, coach, mentor, and share information with management and hourly team members
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management
• Must be able to submit and pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Reports to Directors and upper store management regarding store performance
• Collaborates with FOH & BOH to ensure smooth shifts and guest satisfaction
• Ensures staffing levels meet daily needs while adhering to budget
• Upholds iServ Group’s mission and values and company policies
• Prepares monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts and variances
• Hires, trains, and develops all hourly team members
• Maintains compliance with licenses, posters, and safety equipment
• Oversees inventory and coordinates with vendors for food orders
