Reporting to the General Manager/Franchise Partner, you’ll manage costs, schedules, and team development with a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• :1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• :Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• :Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and KPIs.
• :Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drivethrough or grill when needed.
• :Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• :Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• :LinkedIn/profile consistency with resume.
• :Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by actively working the line, prepping food, keeping the restaurant clean, and serving guests across shifts (opening, mid-day, closing).
• Maintain professional uniform standards and uphold brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and drive labor efficiency with smart scheduling.
