You’ll manage opening to closing shifts, wear a professional uniform, and own the operational metrics, including food costs and labor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Strong understanding of food cost management and labor optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example across all shifts, including opening, mid-day, and closing.
• Maintain brand standards, food safety practices and service protocols.
• Own the P&L by managing food costs, controlling inventory, and eliminating waste.
