Qualifications

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks.
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food following recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing safety measures to protect employees and guests.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires for hourly staff.
• Directing work, scheduling, and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Conduct weekly inventory and manage food, supplies, and liquor costs.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and training for staff.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
