Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations in Montgomery, AL. You will ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently while leading a team of hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Managing hourly employees including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, hiring or recommending hires for hourly staff
• Directing work including setting hours, schedules and task assignment before, during, and after open hours
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervising production and preparation of food following recipes and procedures
• Conducting Taste & Temps line checks
• Enforcing safety measures to protect staff and guests
• Managing food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values

Responsibilities
