Responsibilities include optimizing staff schedules, maintaining service excellence, managing budgets, and fostering growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Acute financial management with budgeting and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build and maintain a high-performance team.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control.
