Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team in delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. You will oversee the restaurant’s operation in line with brand standards and coach staff to achieve peak performance.

Responsibilities include fostering a positive team environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and driving sales while controlling costs. This role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and a commitment to brand requirements.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe training or certification is a required training element.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a team environment by coaching and developing staff and planning staffing to meet guest and business needs.
• Lead efforts to ensure brand standards and exceptional guest service are delivered.
• Drive sales through effective restaurant execution and control of labor, food costs, and cash handling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance; ensure compliance with policies.
