Ruth's Chris in Irvine is hiring a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise the Front and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests receive the genuine hospitality the brand is known for.

The role emphasizes development, excellence in food and service, and a drive to support the team. A flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• Corporate training program completion required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
