Ruth's Chris Steak House in California is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise Front and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests experience the genuine hospitality Ruth's Chris is known for.

The role emphasizes excellence in food, beverage, service, and hospitality, leadership development, and a commitment to growing with the team while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• A minimum of one year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• Completion of corporate training program is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
