Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, training, and managing costs while maintaining a safe, fun, and clean work environment in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and driving guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and discipline hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, labor cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to implement training programs and standards across FOH and BOH.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Review applications, interview candidates, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks to cover open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Oversee food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
• Conduct Taste & Temps and uphold safety measures.
• Manage costs through weekly inventory checks.
