Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. You will manage hourly staff, hire where needed, schedule shifts, and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include training, food production oversight, safety and cost management, and creating a positive work environment aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Interview and hire hourly staff.
• Set hours, schedules and assign tasks during restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee food production per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce food safety procedures and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Lead and coach team to meet performance standards and guest expectations.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor costs, inventories, and supply levels to control waste.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment aligned with core values.
